Sales

Our Sales Associate program offers an opportunity for those new to industry qualified with a Queensland sales certificate or Queensland sales licence to join a lead agent team. It enables you to learn and develop your skills over a minimum one year period and transition into a Lead Agent role in the future.

You will learn all aspects of a sales agent role including, Lead Generation, building client relationships, listing presentations,end to end property campaigns, property inspections, negotiating offers, preparing contracts, marketing campaigns, and back end tasks that complete the cycle of property campaigns within our residential or commercial divisions.

Ray White Surfers Paradise is renowned for growing people, supported by local and corporate training, leadership and operational excellence supporting your marketing needs, administration needs and contracts/settlement processes.

The associate role is an incredible opportunity to work alongside successful agents to learn all aspects of real estate which will enable you to transition into a successful lead agent of the future.

Sales Administration

As the largest real estate agent in Queensland, our operational and support teams are here to deliver “best in market” support to our sales teams. The backbone to our business is providing first class service to our clients and agents through our support teams.

Requirements for this role include, accuracy and attention to detail. Positive

communication skills both written and verbal, excellence in computer skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly. We work within a deadline driven environment so the ability to be super organised and remain calm under pressure is essential.

Your organisational skills and initiative are key components in this role.

Property Management
